Bought a quarterly servicing plan a year ago, however they’ve only fulfilled 2 of the servicing cycles with the most recent being in May. No communication or reminder since then. Tried to text a number of times in the past 2 weeks to zero response.
Company finally replied asking to go down on Saturday however I was not able to confirm, yet I received calls on the day itself saying I have an appointment which I did not make. Will not be engaging them any further due to poor communication.

When we first time use their service on Feb 2022, their technician propose to replace the insulation and he guarantee that it will last at least for one year and half after that. This year Oct we call for their service again for chemical wash, their another technician mentioned that we need to replace the insulation again and another filter which cost SGD 370(for one unit), after which they again promised which can last at least one and half year.My husband gave the deposit SGD 50, without knowing that we actually replaced insulation once, I trace back the record found that they did replace the insulation this year Feb, and ask them why we need to replace the insulation in 8 months, they replied there is no record in their system for us, even though we show the full WhatsApp conversation in Feb this year with the same contact number provided on their website still.
This techinician and their company contact also never follow up even though they promised would reply me within one day, the message status is sent but ignored as well, why I say so is their WhatsApp status is online but purposely not read my message.

Did an entire overhaul of aircon system in our home and the units still ended up leaking after spending so much money.
The amount of fake reviews here is astounding.
Hire them at your own risk.

Never on time. At LEAST an hour of tardiness to be expected. Technicians do not adhere to clients’ instructions, damaging property with shoddy work. 5 stars reviews from profiles just posting for this company? Obviously FAKE.
Update:
After seeing the original review, the company promptly apologised and relayed the feedback to their technicians whom no doubt showed their displeasure whilst patching up our home due to the installation of an entirely new air conditioning system that is now running through our walls and ceiling.
While I do appreciate the management for following up with the on site works, these were done [replies via whatsapp came in at the later half of the work day] only after many attempts to reach them (one person hotline) and posting this review.
Aside from that, there were still many hiccups which occurred within the two days installation. In short, time management and project management were lacking from the on-site technicians and backend support respectively. Agreements were not honoured due to either ‘miscommunication’ or plainly ignored.
It was overall an extremely frustrating experience having to deal with both parties from start to end. Not recommended.
